Jonny Nims

Jonny Nims is a Guitar player and singer based in Brattleboro, VT. He  has played guitar for 30 years, 4 years spent in private study under Mitch Chakour and Michael Gregory, 20 of those years in working bands.

Jonny graduated from Music Tech of Minneapolis MN. in 1992. While attending Music Tech, he was immersed in the vibrant Minneapolis music scene of the early '90's. 

Experience working for and with NRBQ, Robert Holmes and T-Bone Wolk taught Jonny alot to say the least!

Jonny has played guitar and has sung in such bands as The Cracker Boys, Blue Force Four, The Benevolent Dictators, The Crux and Hot Sauce. Rock, R & B, Country, Blues and Funk guitar styles are all favorites.

Music and Rock and Roll has been a life passion for Jonny and he is ready to share that passion and experience with his students!
